Cien Appoints Michael O’Hare to Strategic Advisory Board

SaaS and Corporate Finance Specialist to Fuel AI-Company’s Growth

Cien Inc, a leading provider of AI-powered sales productivity solutions, today announced the appointment of corporate finance expert Michael O’Hare to Cien’s Strategic Advisory Board.

A Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets in New York, Michael O’Hare is a Software-as-a-Service specialist with deep public and private SaaS business experience. Most recently, O’Hare helped companies such as CoreDial, Tricentis, JAMF and SevOne raise hundreds of millions of dollars in public and venture financing.

About Michael O’Hare

Michael joined KeyBanc Capital Markets through its acquisition of Pacific Crest Securities. He joined the firm in 2008 and is now a Managing Director, spearheading the firm’s Infrastructure Software team. With over 26 years of investment banking experience, Michael provides strategic, financial and transaction execution advice to corporate technology clients. Michael was previously Head of M&A at Oppenheimer and Co. and WR Hambrecht + Co.
Prior to joining WR Hambrecht + Co, he specialized in M&A at SoundView Technology Group, Gerard Klauer Mattison, Furman Selz and Lehman Brothers.
Michael specializes in M&A and private capital raising, and has experience in a variety of other high technology sectors. Michael holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.
